I had my almost-perfect Thanksgiving this year! We were missing some relatives, and we usually have a few more families joining us for Thanksgiving. Otherwise, the day was perfect in every way. Nick built a 12 foot long table for our patio, so we could all eat together. Thanksgiving Day was hopefully, the first of many memories around this table. The day started with Sawyer and Nick running in the local turkey trot. Followed by lots of last minute cleaning and cooking.
Lots of good sides and desserts! And one beautiful table!
The day ended with some crazy ninja kid game and two tired animals!
On Friday, we got another chance to fill our bellies at Nick’s family dinner in the mountains!
