14 was a year of transition for Parks. He started his new year off snowboarding and skateboarding. One thing Parks is amazing at is practicing at an activity until he gets it. He watches videos of skills and breaks them down. This year, he took off with skateboarding.
In addition to skateboarding, he continued making fingerboards and fingerboard parks. He also learned how to make rings out of wood. His woodworking skills just keep improving with each build. I hope he continues creating with wood as he seems to have gift for it!
I am not sure what Parks is most proud of from his 14th year; however, my guess would be his boater’s license. He spent the spring and summer riding around the lake, surfing, and enjoying the water.
Happy 15th Birthday Parks!
I’ve read several posts now. You all look so content, vibrant, and happy! I love it!

Thank you. Of course, I would love to say we are like that all the time. 😉 The reality is that I only post the good parts of our lives for the most part. Lol. They are good kids though. Still my favorite jobs ever-being a mom and getting to homeschool.
