We are so close to finishing up the school year! One more month to go. I was hopeful that we would finish in May at the beginning of the year. With the stay-at-home order, we had plenty of time to get through our work. Sims and Sawyer finished up their English classes this month which also frees up some time to get through their other course work.
April had a lot to offer- holiday celebrations, spring, my wedding anniversary, Sims’s birthday, and lots of beautiful weather in NC.
Similar to last month, the kids spent their time following their interests in addition to finishing up school work. There was a lot of art, a lot of outdoor play, and time to relax.
We also experienced a few unique opportunities during April. Sawyer made masks with a friend for one of our local doctor’s offices. Sims got to fly a small plane for the first time. We all got to learn about beekeeping from a neighbor. Overall, some pretty neat opportunities!
